I had a great experience with Paul & son's I walked in without an appointment, and they were so accommodating. Got my car an oil change in under an hour, as well as full inspection of my car. They let me know what was needed as well what I can wait on. They were also able to give me a breakdown of the services they performed. I am a satisfied customer and will be returning.

I had a road trip where my water pump started to leak coolant quickly, which caused my engine to overheat. I was able to refill the coolant tank with water and drive the 25 minutes to Ridgecrest. Paul & Sons was able to get me on their schedule promptly. They confirmed a replacement of the water pump would fix my problem. They were able to source the pump and install it in a few hours to have me on my way. I recommend them highly for their professionalism, timeliness and comfortable waiting area.

Always a fair price and usually can get me in for a basic service with-in. A few days to a week. I have had nothing but great service.

10/10 would recommend. These guys are quick and get the job done. Genesis is also so lovely and goes above and beyond with customer service. I love this company and will be returning for any and all mechanical needs.
