Had an exhaust leak on my 2007 F350 with the 6.0 diesel. These guys fixed my up and got my back on the road in the middle of our vacation! Great people doing a great job!

My car had brake problems Monday morning. They let me drop it off and helped me get to work, and had it done the next day! Great service, very professional, couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys!

Ten years ago, November 27th, 2007 we had total brake failure on our Teton 5th wheel while descending from Lake Isabella. We found Paul & Sons in Ridgecrest and had an amazing, wonderful experience there getting our rig repaired. They did a detailed examination, taking pictures and contacted Teton Homes in Casper, Wy to find the exact proper way to make this repair. This repair took more than one day as parts had to be shipped to Paul & Sons. They let us plug into their electricity and stay in our unit. They shortly performed and extensive repair to our brakes and suspension (that caused the problem) and we have had smooth sailing ever since then. I had the subwoofer replaced in my car this past Tuesday. Thanks Alonso and Genisus for having patience with me when i wanted my speaker installed on my time. You guys did a great job. Alonso gave me a loaner car and i was not expecting that and installation was done in 2hrs or less. Thanks to the guys who installed my speaker. In the future I'll definitely go to Paul and Son's. My family and I went to Ridgecrest the day before Thanksgiving for a funeral, and on the way home to San Diego, my car's break system went out- whole thing, locked up and smoking! We were on the side of the desert highway, having little luck with my car insurance towing, and felt a bit stressed out!My mom found Paul & Sons online, and gave them a call. A wonderful young man, (Frank, I think) arrived in about 20 minutes with a huge tow truck and hauled us back into town for diagnostic. He was super easy-going and kind, putting us immediately at ease.The service back at the shop was the same. Jason, one of the sons, kept us abreast of the work at every step of the way making sure I knew my options. The towing price was very fair, as well as the diagnostic work. Though they offer fair labor prices I cannot afford the cost of repairs in one fell swoop, and have to tow my car back home to San Diego to determine next steps.While we were still there and coming to terms with the gravity of things, they helped me locate a rental car facility as well as offered to drive us over since we were literally stranded! We went with Avis, who was great to us as well. When I got off the phone after making rental arrangements I found my mother had been visiting with a friendly older gentleman who turned out to be the owner. He offered to drive me over to Avis himself while my family waited back at the shop. He was so very nice and we felt the entire situation was landing us in safe hands after all...If I lived in the area I would surely bring my car here for upkeep! It is not very often you find an honest, courteous, and kind family-owned business that runs on the integrity built into their business model! We could not have asked for a better business to rescue us on the side of a desert highway at 3:00 in the afternoon the day before Thanksgiving!!WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOU, Paul & Sons, God bless!

Paul & Sons are the best!! I found a smart caring tow truck driver in the middle of the night & the middle of nowhere. He worked above & beyond the call to get us safely off the road - giving us a loaner car so we could get to a hotel! The next day - when they are technically closed - he worked out everything with Subaru to get my tow paid for - no $ out of my pocket!!!

My girlfriend and I were driving back to LA three days ago when my radiator in my 95 4runner exploded. We called Paul's Towing and they dispatched Frank to pick us up and go collect my truck high up on Walker pass. Frank got to us really fast which you appreciate when standing out in the desert heat and entertained us with some funny jokes while he drove us back to my truck. He's definitely Barack Obama's biggest fan! Frank loaded my Toyota securely on his tow truck and back to town we went. He even told me to claim back the towing expense through my insurance company which I didn't know I could do! awesome. So a rather frustrating car mishap was solved quickly by these guys. Big recommend.

I have had several jobs done at paul and Sons and have found them to be professional and courteous. I have compared their prices to other shops, both in the same area and other areas as well, and found them to be competitive. Their shop is clean, their people well informed, and their service has always been timely. When they say it will be done, baring unforseen circumstances, it is done.

Great Service! My van broke down on the side of the freeway, they were quick to respond with a tow truck, and got me back on the road in a matter of hours. I was very pleased with their staff, and felt that the repair bill was very reasonable. I recommend Paul and Sons, it is nice to find great service when you are on the road.
