They (lady with dark hair, in particular, don’t remember her name) were very helpful when my check engine light kept going on and off every couple days. Turns out they corrected a recent repair (solenoid replacements) I had done and my check engine light has stayed off. Plus they got in contact with the previous repair shop to help me resolve my issue with them. I took their advice and I was able to recoup the money I spent on parts. Impressed they went above and beyond for a first-time customer!

I was in town visiting my mom and ran into a problem with my car. Called around and only Paul & Sons were able to take a look at my car same day despite not having booked an appointment. They were friendly and knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it. Genesis, especially was very helpful. Highly recommend taking your car to this place if in the area. Very knowledgeable & courteous. If I’m ever in Ridgecrest & in need of car repairs again I’m definitely bringing my car here.

I’m new to the area and recently purchased a used car. Upon registering the vehicle with DMV, I was told that I needed a smog check. I went to one location and was told that they were back logged for 2 weeks. I then found Paul & Sons and was taken care of immediately, without an appointment. I was in and out of the location in a reasonable amount of time.
