Service was fantastic, we were in a hurry to get home to Washington and needed new tires and an oil change. They did it quickly with professionalism and the job was done very well. Shout on the the worker who staid through his lunch to finish it so we could get out of there. Checked numerous other thing in the car and suggested other repairs that were needed when we got home, not to mention printed out the service history on the car which was great considering we had bought the car just the day prior. Would recommend to everyone!

They (lady with dark hair, in particular, don’t remember her name) were very helpful when my check engine light kept going on and off every couple days. Turns out they corrected a recent repair (solenoid replacements) I had done and my check engine light has stayed off. Plus they got in contact with the previous repair shop to help me resolve my issue with them. I took their advice and I was able to recoup the money I spent on parts. Impressed they went above and beyond for a first-time customer!

I’m always surprised at how efficient Paul & Sons is. I’ve never had to follow up on any issues. Always great service!
