We had an alternator failure at the Coso Rest Stop while towing our 30 foot trailer to Palm Springs. The first place I called was Paul and Son's. I am so glad I did. Genesis was as helpful as could be and told me when I come in, they would jump right on it. When I arrived about an hour later, it wasn't 10 minutes later they had my truck in the shop. Although we weren't sure how long it would take and seeing how it was Friday, she offered to let us stay on the lot until Monday if necessary. Well, it wasn't necessary. They had my truck up and running in less than two hours, without and appointment. This meant the world to me and I am so happy I was able to meet some of the folks who helped us out. If I didn't live 900 miles away, I'd use them for all my automobile service needs. A very refreshing experience indeed....

Broke down and from the moment I called them and was towed to their company they completely helped me out with everything. I was traveling and was in the middle of no where when my truck broke down . I called them and asked if I could be towed to them and look at what happened to my truck . Once it was determined what was wrong they had to hold my truck for a month and they kept it in the garage due to tools and such in my truck . Very thankful
