We were very satisfied with the repair Paul & Sons did on our Van. The administrative assistant was very professional and friendly in getting us scheduled for repair. And the mechanics were thorough and did an excellent job on the repair.

When my car broke down, they looked at it same day and fixed it next day. Very nice staff. I would go back.

Our truck broke down on the 395 pulling our trailer on a Saturday afternoon. I made an appointment on line for Monday morning. It was repaired in a couple of hours. They brought us to and from our trailer site 5 miles away. Thank you so much for your timeliness and kindliness

I don't have a Google account. But if you can, please post these comments. I was coming down through Bishop while on vacation when my van suddenly wouldn't start. I couldn't find a Bishop mechanic with room to store my van until they could fix it and most of them were backlogged for weeks. I contacted Paul and Son's 127 miles away and they said they have a large lot with lots of room and would be able to work on it in a few working days. So I had it towed to Paul and Son's and was immediately impressed with their large, clean and professional looking facility. They did thorough and excellent job accurately diagnosing the problem and replaced the necessary parts (corroded ignition coil, distributor and cap). The cost was very reasonable. They had no problem when I asked if I could leave the van there until I find the best time for me to rent a car from Orange County and come get the van. It's been starting flawlessly ever since.

Walk ins welcome for smog check! Avoided a week or more wait if I was scheduling an appointment. Quick and easy also.

Did all what I asked and some called me before doing anything love the service.

Fast service no problems

Much like many people in the reviews, we felt saved by Paul & Sons on our trip. Lucky for us, our Jeep decided to show signs of overheating as we were approaching Ridgecrest where we went straight to P&S. After an afternoon of diagnostics, they told us they could have us back on the road by the following morning after some repairs and replacements. I was very skeptical given we had the same issue take weeks to be resolved at our local dealership in the past. Not only were we back in biz by the following morning earlier than expected, but through the entire process they were so great to work with. Communicative, honest, fast and overall very friendly. We felt so taken care of by the staff including the front desk (and the dogs) as well as the mechanic we chatted with. I dont wish breaking down in the middle of no where, but if you do, hope there’s a Paul & Sons nearby.
