If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I were stranded with our home on wheels (travel trailer), pulled by a truck that was in limp mode as we were passing through town. We tour the country with a ministry that teaches the whole Bible and were in quite a pickle, especially because it was about 100 degrees outside, we had nowhere to hook up, and our three dogs were extremely hot. Not oy did they get us in immediately and resituate their parking lot to allow room for our 35 foot trailer, but every single employee we had interaction with went above and beyond to accommodate us. They quickly isolated the problem and even tried to help facilitate us getting the issue resolved at the dealership where we thought it would be under warranty. The kindness of Genesis, Brian, and his brother (whose name I never got) was remarkable!!! They even invited us to bring our dogs inside and gave them a big bowl of water. Genesis helped us find a tow truck for our trailer when our insurance company let us know they could not find a provider and we were on our own. In conclusion, we felt extremely confident in their ability to quickly and correctly assess our issue and went above and beyond in every way. We simply can't recommend them enough!!!!
